Today, I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Jasana Dunn and her precious 5 year old son, Jahsai. Jahsai is listed and waiting for a kidney transplant at Tampa General Hospital
. Jahsai is local to Tampa like us. Surprisingly, I hadn’t met this family until today even though Matilda and Jahsai run in the same circles (see the same specialists groups for care, etc). But let me tell you, what a sweet family!

We are looking for a living ADULT kidney donor for Jahsai. If you feel called to help save his life!
Life Update: March-2025-We learned last week that Jahsai’s kidney function has decreased to
10-12%. This decrease was caused by the Microplasma Pneumonia he had back in November, for which he had to be hospitalized for a week. The illness took a toll on his kidney function. Recovery for kidney patients is especially hard! Though he has bounced back, we can see some slight change in his daily life. He continues to push! We are still needing the perfect match for him!
